Kitsch Mandi is Bangalore’s own vibrant weekend bazaar set at Pebbles, Palace Grounds, an airy & spacious venue.It  brings together artisans, musicians and other creative entrepreneurs and sets a platform where art meets society in a casual yet inspiring environment. Mandi is a mix of a bazaar & flea market rolled into one, dusted with style and served every couple of months to the ever enthusiastic Bangaloreans under various themes. Some of the past themes have been –

Kitsch Mandi is a shopper’s heaven! It offers bargain hunters every reason to get happy. Well stocked stalls lined with exclusive, unique and even surprising items mostly handmade by local artists. You could find anything from graphic T-shirts, handmade jewellery, trinkets and home accessories. Buyers are happy to buy directly from the artist and things usually not found in malls. Sellers are delighted to showcase, network & with good sales.

Pottery & Painting workshops, Storytelling and tattoo tents … something to do for the entire family, including one’s pets!

Hungry after all that shopping and activities? Refuel at the numerous food counters including cupcakes and paninis. And yes, there is tea & also wine to be relished!

The Live Music performances at Kitsch Mandi add more zest to the already buzzing scene. There is local talent and some great foot-tapping music and talent on display.

Click here to find out more about the upcoming Mandi this weekend on Saturday, 23rd May, 4:00 pm onwards. This time it will be a summer night market. As the event progresses, there will be various forms of live art placed around. And one of the main attractions of the night will include a light installation hung from the beautiful Banyan Tree at Pebble. Conceptualised by Kitsch Mandi and created by Yarn-bombing artist Smera Vedantham, the end result of our first street art project will also be featured at the venue.

The colourful array of wares, groovy music and the perfect setting all make Mandi Matchless! Go On and Have some Fun!
