So there’s a reason that Bangalore has been unofficially been named the ‘Pub City of India’ at some point in its history. We have since moved on to more colorful and in some cases, less than flattering names but we did have the title for a reason. And that reason is probably, Bangaloreans close connection to Beer and Rock n’ Roll.
We had our own version of Oktoberfest right here in the city thanks to Kingfisher and it was a ball of a time. Of course, we can’t expect Mr. Malya to throw a beer party (or, can we?) but we have Oktoberfest come to town in a whole new format. In a big bus that takes us from beer to beer.
It’s a beer-a-thon like no other, a Beer Bus Crawl. You will be taken on a beer tour of the city, from one microbrewery to another where you can guzzle up to approximately 2 litres of beer (Yes, that much!), all on the house, along with discounts on food and beverages all night long.
You get to do all this and more with fellow beer lovers. What’s more? You get to see how beer is made, talk to these celebrated micro-brewers, and even exchange ideas for potential beer concoctions. What better way to spend a Saturday night?
When: October 3rd and 4th
When: 3 PM onwards
Where: MG Road, Bangalore
Price: Rs 2000
