If you’re ever in London and looking to have Indian food, Cinnamon Club is sure to be on any list worth looking into. If you can’t make it to London, don’t worry. Chef Vivek Singh’s famous London restaurant is coming to Bangalore for a five-day culinary extravaganza at the Ritz-Carlton.
Till November 7th, Riwaz, Ritz-Carloton in-house Indian specialty restaurant will be transformed into a pop-up restaurant to host the celebrity chef’s London restaurants, Cinnamon Club and Cinnamon Soho. The restaurant will be dishing out several signature dishes from the restaurants as well as a few recipes from his book, Spice At Home.
Cinnamon Club has long been known for its ability to fuse Indian and Western styles of cuisine with popular dishes like Rajasthan Lamb and Corn Curry, Seared Scallops with Kadhai Spice and Grilled Aubergine with Peanut and Sesame Crumble.
Some of the restaurants celebrity fans include Jude Law, Bill Clinton, Pierce Brosnan and almost every British Prime Minister since 2001. Did we also mention that Sachin Tendulkar is a fan?
November 5 lunch is to be signatures from Cinnamon Kitchen while November 6 sees specials from Cinnamon Soho on offer for lunch. For a special demo of certain specials, November 7 will see chef cook up stuff from his book. All other meals are a la carte and set menu starting tonight.
