Salads and chocolate tarts are coming to Bangalore and you can learn how to cook them this Friday. Godrej’s Nature Basket will host Celebrity Chef Sabyasachi Gorai for an exclusive American Cooking Demo Cat their store in Koramangala on December 4th as part of the American Food Festival. Chef Saby will demonstrate various dishes from the American cuisine, including salads and risotto for the devourers and chocolate pie and chocolate tarts for the people with that sweet tooth disease.

Chef Saby is an award winning chef, receiving the “Best Chef of India” honour from the President of India and Varli Awards. He is the youngest chef to receive the award and has been part of the hospitality industry for over two decades with multiple restaurants under his wing. Chef Saby has honed his skills through careful research and travel and has created his own brand with Fabrica by Chef Saby, a boutique consultancy agency in New Delhi.

Nature’s Basket in Koramangala will be the next spot in town for Chef Saby to demonstrate his immense culinary skills and to provide a peek into the world of American cuisine for the home chefs.
